Where are you based? Do you travel for weddings across India or abroad?

We’re based in Mumbai, but our bags are always packed! Whether your wedding is in Goa, Jaipur, or lake como or maldives we’re all in. For out-of-town or international weddings, the client takes care of travel, accommodation, visa (if applicable), and local transport. Flights are our go-to, and we recommend keeping the team close to the venue for smooth coordination. Wherever your story takes you, we’ll follow with our cameras and creativity.

Definitely! Pre-wedding shoots are a fun way to break the ice with the camera and each other. Post-wedding sessions are great for those dream portraits without the wedding-day rush. We’ll help you plan a session that fits your vibe.

Of course. No two weddings are the same. Whether it’s a 2-day intimate celebration or a 5-day grand affair, we’ll tailor the team and package around your events.

Depending on your event scale and package, our team usually includes 4-8 members covering both photography and cinematography. We ensure all key moments and angles are captured seamlessly.

We are not used to getting our pictures taken/ or a little shy/ awkward. How will you manage?

You’re not alone! Most couples feel camera-shy initially. We keep things light, guide you gently, and focus on real moments rather than stiff poses. You’ll feel like you’re just hanging out with friends.

Yes, please! We love when couples come with ideas. Pinterest boards, saved Reels, or even a colour palette helps us align our style with your vision.

Yes. One of our lead photographers or founders is usually present, depending on the package and schedule. Either way, every frame will reflect our signature aesthetic.

Yes! We allow one round of feedback for the trailer and film. Whether it’s a song swap or trimming a moment, we’re happy to make reasonable changes without compromising the storytelling flow.

How do we book you?

Planning Your Wedding Photography.

We know how quickly wedding dates fill up, especially during peak season! We only take a limited number of bookings each year to give every couple our full attention.

While we’d love to accommodate everyone, we highly recommend booking at least 8-12 months in advance to guarantee our availability. Even if it’s a bit last-minute, please reach out anyway – we’ll always do our best to see if we can make it work for you!

Why We Handle the RAW Footage (and Why You’ll Thank Us!)

We know you’re excited to see your wedding trailer / film, and trust us, we’re just as eager to create it! Here’s a little peek behind the scenes:

For a typical three-day wedding, we capture an incredible amount of footage – often 50-60 hours of raw clips from multiple cameras! Our dedicated team of editors then meticulously goes through every single frame, converting and screening to find the absolute best moments. It’s a focused, almost “factory-like” process that requires intense concentration.

Because of this, we don’t allow clients to sit in during the RAW footage selection. It would actually double the time it takes to get your film to you and disrupt our editors’ flow.

The good news? This thorough process means you get a beautifully curated film. We offer one round of edit changes after your first screening. So, if there’s anything you’d like adjusted, just let us know then!

Yes, and they’re absolutely stunning. Handcrafted with love. Our albums are a timeless keepsake. You pick your favourite photos, we design and deliver it to your doorstep.

Yes! You can book either service. But booking both gives you a more seamless, cinematic result since we’re one synchronized team.

Our pricing reflects our efforts, gear, editing time, and years of experience. We believe in value over volume. While we’re happy to tailor a package to your events, our quality comes at a consistent standard.

Candid coverage involves a deeper level of observation, direction, and post-production finesse. We’re always happy to tailor a package to suit your event scale, but our pricing ensures we deliver the quality you’re trusting us for.

Delivery & Output

When will we receive our photos and films?

We usually deliver photos in 30 days. But you’ll get a few quick shots shortly on the wedding day, because we know how eager you are! Wedding films and videos take 45-80 days after the weddings.

We send your edited photos via Google Drive and videos through downloadable links & Raw Data with Hard Disks provided by the client’s end. Albums are couriered safely once ready.

No problem! We offer one round of reasonable edits to make sure your film feels perfect to you without disrupting its emotional impact.

We keep it safe for 6 months after the wedding and urge our client to provide us with one hard disk. Fotograf will retain a copy of the edited files for six months post-delivery. Should clients require an extended retention period, a one-time archival fee of INR 10,000/- for an additional six months (total 12 months) will be charged, payable in advance.

Privacy, Consent & Usage Rights

Will you share our wedding photos/videos publicly? Can we opt out?

Yes, we usually share selected images and films from weddings on our website, social media platforms, and sometimes even submit them for features in blogs, magazines, or award entries. This helps us showcase our work and reach future couples. Just like you found us.

However, if you’d prefer your content to remain completely private, we completely respect that. In such cases, we ask for this to be communicated and confirmed at the time of NDA contract signing, and we charge an additional 20% of your final package amount. This is non-negotiable, as our growth depends on sharing our portfolio, and most clients discover us through the work we’ve displayed from past weddings.

We do not use your images for commercial resale only to promote our work and artistry. We appreciate your understanding and transparency on this.

Final Few Questions

Do you shoot both the bride’s and groom’s side? What if our families want separate teams?

We don’t take sides—we tell the full story. Hiring one team ensures consistency in style, seamless communication, and no creative clashes. Two teams often compete for time and space, and that can dilute the magic. We prefer full creative freedom so your final film and photos feel unified and beautiful.

We don’t alter the way you look other than skin blemishes or anything temporary that would not normally be there (bruise, scrape, acne etc unless you’d like us to keep it in the photos). If you’re self conscious about something, please let us know as we will be sure to be extra aware of that while we are posing you.
